IRCC webform next button not working?

Hello,
I went to the following link for submitting webform:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

but the next button is not working at all.
I tried on brave browser, google chrome and also on microsoft edge.
There is no error or anything, just the button wont work.

Hi, I just checked the webform link : https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application . They just upgraded their design.

Nevermind all it worked now.
I had to retry login 10-15 times from the edge browser and finally the website allowed me to login.
First I logged in IRCC and then again tried to submit webform from this browser on a different tab and this time it worked.
