IRCC Web Form Confusion

Hello gang!

My wife just had his new passeport, so we want to sent the new info to the Mexico Visa Office.

The confusion is they ask this question:
Have you submitted an application for:

• permanent residence
• student
• visitor
• worker

If I choose yes I can choose Mexico VO but I cant choose Sponsorship category
If I choose no they dont gave me option to the Mexico VO but I can chose the Sponsorship category.

So wich one I need to take to send the new passeport info?

Yes

Choose the visa office processing your application.
Mexico - Mexico City

Click Go To Webform

Enquiry
Type of application/enquiry (required)

Select.....Permanent Residence in Canada

Fill the other information including UCI #....and your PR sponsorship document or enquiry will be sent to Mexico VO.
