I am just wondering if how many days it would take for the immigration to receive uploads of document when I use the IRCC webform?
I mistaken attached wrong document in my online application then I used the IRCC to send the right one.

1-2 weeks if you emailed or uploaded the additional documents online. You will most likely only see "additional documents are being reviewed" on your status until it's approved. Average processing time for work permit is 8 weeks at Manila so 2-3 months in total to receive a decision.
These are just average times though, it might take longer.
