WP- my lawyer given time line to visa officer to open case. Which is passed away, now they will take course of action against them.

There is very little they can actually do given your timeline.

Hi, I just read your post...

I was rejected in my self-employment case on January 18, 2024
so I filed a case( JR) in court and after getting a settlement offer 4 months later the application was reopened by another officer....
submitted the requested additional documents
and after that it has been about 6 months since I heard from them again....
I hope that by the time you are reading this, your application has been approved.

No one can tell you your chances. OP applied for PR under self employment and was refused. Told could take years for response.
