Hi,
I've submitted for myself and my wife and son a visitor visa application through the new IRCC portal
when I try to check the application status for my application number i see everything is normal, but when i try to check my wife and son application status it says

Sorry, a system operation failed. Please try again later.

• Your application is being processed, please check again momentarily.

Does anyone face this problem as well? is this normal? what can I do? Please reply if anyone had a same issue and it is resolved.

Mine just got resolved now. Took approximately 30 hours.

Me and my husband submitted the Canada visa application as a family.
My husband received his UCI and biometrics letter.

We are submitted our group visitor visa application on april -26-2023. and the portal system keeps showing 'Sorry, a system operation failed. Please try again later. Request failed. Please try again later.So, all group applicant didn't receive IRCC biometric instruction.what can I do ?
