Hello , a friend applied for parents supervisa and everything was fine until recently that when he tries to log into the portal. Verification codes sent to email are not received and not in spam folder.So he is unable to log into the portal and because verification codes come from same email as updates . He fears missing an important update. Biometrics and medicals completed, checked with Yahoo support and everything looks good and they said it might be a sender issue IRCC(mind you portal was okay for the past one month). Verification codes don’t come through and it’s been a week of trying and nothing yet . Sent 2 webforms and nothing changed. Anyone faced same issue . How did you fix it. This is stressful as application is at the final stage.
 
Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue. I have been troubleshooting it since it started, but nothing has worked so far. The verification codes are not arriving in my inbox or spam folder, even though emails from IRCC were coming through normally before.
I also submitted a webform and received the automated acknowledgment, but I still haven’t received any OTP codes. Have you made any progress or found a solution?

I don't know, if requesting for email change would be a good idea. cause that might even complicate the situation even more.

This is honestly so frustrating. What makes it even more confusing is that I logged into a different account for a completed application and received the OTP without any issue.
At first, I thought Gmail might be the problem, but the email account is receiving all other messages normally. It seems the issue is specifically with the OTP for this particular application or account. I really hope IRCC resolves it soon.
