There's supposed to be a new announcement tomorrow for International students. Any idea what and why this is?

Oh... is there any indication of the new upper limit for off-campus work hours now? IRCC should be less ambiguous in many things including this.
Sure that the ability of the students to be successful in school and attend classes limits how many hours they can work while attending school full-time. Many don’t pass with working 20 hours so most won’t be able to work close to 40 hours while still attending school and passing.
