Hi recently i am checking the tracking sheet from this forum, It seems to me IRCC is slower then last year

2018 almost in a month people got they are AOR

2019 is way slower than that . I applied 2019 may still no AOR I had a plan to visit my country with dream passport looks it will be more delay

Any idea why is slow now a days............................

I think it got little faster then last year, Aor comes in 2 to 3 months and it’s only been one month since you applied
 
It does look slower than right after rules changed. I think they ramped -p their resources anticipating a lot more applicants in Oct, Nov 2017. But after the sudden wave of applicants subsided, they re-allocated resources to other immigration streams. Thus less agents working on citizenship applications these days and longer wait times. That's just conjecture however.
