IRCC Etobicoke Mail Processing Times

Hi everyone!

I mailed in a request to IRCC Etobicoke that was received over a week ago (tracked express mail). According to a call center agent, the request has not yet been added to my file and is therefore likely waiting in queue.

Does anyone here have an idea of how long IRCC Etobicoke takes to process incoming mail?

Too slow no answer.
