wondering if anyone facing issues with epost thing as suddenly a thread conversation which was with IRCC disappears from the portal is it normal or a technical thing? In the last update, they send a letter for medical and after that, I replied about medicals done and suddenly yesterday found that the conversation/thread is removed without notice or any update and it is all blank? lawyer saying they are open in person so will call you in person that is why remove the thread but it doesn't make any sense do I need to contact them about this or what? please advice
