IRCC breach of privacy

Hello all,
Does anyone know where to file a complaint of IRCC who breach the right of privacy.
3 years ago I applied for a work visa and appointed a representative for my application. It was refused at that time.
But now my spouse is in Canada on study permit and I applied again for open work permit and did not appoint the previous representative or provide their email on my OPW application but IRCC sent my application result to my previous representative. Luckily he forwarded me the email from IRCC. Now my thing is who should I complaint about breaching my privacy right?

There is no breach of privacy. Your representative remains your representative until you revoke that priveledge. Doesn’t matter if you only had them as your representative on your last application, if you haven’t revoked that status, they will continue to receive your information. You can revoke their status following this link:
