IRCC and Biometric number is Blank

Hi All,

I had applied my parents visitor visa.
the VFS team provided a IRCC number as NA for my father but had some number for my mother.
Also the online application is reflecting the biometric number only for my mother and not my father.

Can someone help me in this scenario.
I followed up with VFS they said it is CIC to update the details.
I am not able to reach CIC as of now to get the data corrected.

Help on this is appreciated.

1. Did he pay the biometric fees?

yes everything was prepaid by me and yes he did appear for biometrics at VFS location.

You must email their local visa office (not VFS) to confirm whether or not your dad's biometrics were received

Both my mom and dad had a blank IRCC number and VFS rejected their biometrics due to the missing ircc number and I am unable to get a hold of ircc. Any help or suggestions would be very helpful
