I want to apply for my father visitor visa . I applied for his visa once earlier and used my email and made an account for him and also got form or representation signed from him but this time I just don’t want to do all the hassle what if he just apply with his email and want to make a new IRCC account with his email ? Can he attach same biometrics with new IRCC account which he use before though?
