Iranian on visitor visa, stuck in Canada because of war. Options?

I just wanted to pick your brain on my mom's current situation. I am a PR, and she came here for a visit in January this year on a visitor visa from Iran.

As y'all know, she can only stay here for 6 months as a visitor (although some IRCC pages say it's 6 months for each entry). The problem is that most airports in Iran are struck and heavily damaged, and even if the war ends today (which is quite unlikely), we're not sure if she'd be able to go back by June. She definitely doesn't want to stay here indefinitely, but she just doesn't have any options right now to return.

Now I'm considering the following options:

1. flagpoling: Given her Iranian passport, does she have the option to exit Canada by land but not enter US so she can get admitted to Canada again so she can stay for another 6 months?
2. Extending stay/Visitor record: According to the IRCC's website, the current processing time for visitor record is over 160 days. Is there an option to request an emergency processing?
3. Applying for Super Visa: We're both eligible to apply for a Super Visa, but the problem is that she must be outside of Canada in order to apply. Is there any way to get around that requirement?

Given that many are affected by the situation, I'm sure there must be a path visitors can take but I can't find any. Her visitor visa has been a blessing and we definitely don't want her to overstay her visa so we can easily renew it next time. Any suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

She can also try to extend her stay: get a visitor record. Flagpoling doesn't guarantee to stay for another 6 months. Supervisa must be apply outside Canada.

I would suggest you extend her stay (a week before the expiry date of her stay). So when you read: "https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ces/visit-canada/extend-stay/after-apply.html", it says:

If your status expires​

If you apply to extend your stay in Canada before the date by which you’re supposed to leave, you can legally stay in Canada until a decision is made on your application. In this situation, you have maintained your status.
