If your university is listed in WES website then go ahead with WES. It is the fastest agency of all. It used to take finish ECA within a month or 1.5 months. With IQAS would take around 4-5 months (it depends upon the work load). Also with one of my friends WES did not have university listed so he went with other agency they did review and after 4 months told his university is not recognized.
