Quick question on behalf of my friend.
Q1) File no. or Application Id in IQAS is similar to the referance no. generated by WES ?
Q2) If my university is sending transcripts via email. Do they need to mention File no. or Application Id or will there be another Id no. generated ? B'coz until the marksheets and other doc's are not uploaded, IQAS doesn't let me make the payment.
