Hello,
My Question is I have done PGDM from Welingkar's, B.E from Pune University and 3 years Diploma (Polytechnic).
1. So do I need to send transcripts for all the degree/diploma or Just PGDM is Enough?
2. If yes, I have already my evaluation with WES us for my B.E and Diploma, so can I use WES transcript ? and can I send it separately ?

You only need an ECA for your highest degree, or two degrees if you want the points for two or more degrees.
