IOM UMI incorrect

I did my medical at IOM Abuja alongside my wife on same day but her own reflected but mine didn’t. So I went through the emails the sent to us and the only difference was

“General Supporting Comments
UMI number is incorrect on applicant's lab result, other identification details are correct and result is for applicant.”

How do I go about it and I hope it’s not a big issue.

Nothing for you to do, they noted the error but have linked it to your application. All is good.
