Birth certificates of yourself, the nephew, and your sibling who's the parent of your nephew.

But as far as I know, this is not too important for an aunt/uncle-niece/nephew relationship. This is usually reserved more for spouses and children.

By the way, three months is not a "short stay" for a visitor to Canada in the eyes of IRCC or CBSA.

Generally recommended to only apply for a 2-3 week visit given any longer reduces odds of approval If approved then wait on what CBSA authorise at the border. If they do not state specific time then by default would be upto 6 months.

Note the current COVID travel restrictions would consider a visit as being non essential so until restrictions are removed could not travel to Canada anyway.

Hello,

I want to invite my sister for visit to canada. Unfortunately we do not have any documents to prove that we are sisters. Is it advisable to apply without any such document?

She can apply as she is the one who needs to show funds, travel history, ties to home country. You can provide a letter of invitation and say she is your sister.
