My spouse received an invitation to pre arrival service on Jan 29th 2018 from the visa office in Kenya and haven't gotten any new messages... She hasn't done any medical exams and they haven't requested any... Could anyone help please
 
There are some vos who send this out at the very beginning of the process - not sure why but this seems to be the case here. A medical exam must be completed in order to land in canada
 
they are now sending it when Eligibility mark as PASSED in GCMS system and AFTER THAT automatic trigger Invitation of Pre-Arrival Service Letter to applicant..THEN..its depend each visa office when they start next process .

it means your spouse passed eligibility in Jan 2018 ...
