Hi Forum members,

Hope you all are well and had a good Christmas.

I need some urgent help and advise here.. I have received an ITA for my express entry profile under PNP program ( nomination through NBPNP ) and I need experts in this forum to help me with answers to the following questions for me to complete my PR application ( which I am yet to submit )

1. Work Experience for Spouse in Express Entry -

a) While creating the express entry profile , In the 'To' field for my wife's last employment under work experience I had errorneoulsy mentioned Jan instead of Dec .Her relieving letter confirms Dec so I would like to correct this in the PR application. Hope this will not be an issue as I am not claiming any points for Spouse's work experience. Please confirm.

b) She has been a homemaker for last 7-8 years. She does not have any reference letters ( job description ) from her previous employments. All we have is original employment letter and other letters issued during her tenure with the company ( salary revision , promotion letter etc. ) and releiving letter after she left the company. Do we still need to obtain Reference letters for her employment as well OR can we simply upload offer letter , other letters such as promotion , releiving etc with the application. Will it suffice ? Please help. We aren't claiming any points for her work experience.

2.Date of Graduation for Spouse - I had mentioned incorrect date as July 2000 to Dec 2002 instead of Aug 1998 to Dec 2002 - Again correct dates are Aug 1998 to Dec 2002. I would like to include correct dates in the PR application. I have not claimed any points for Spouse's education either ( No WES evaluation has been done ) so presume this will not be an issue either. Please confirm.

3. For my Work experience ( Primary Applicant )

a)I have a total of over 14+ years of work experience. I have worked with 5 companies in the last 14 years and my current employment is from Jan 2007 onwards ( approx 9 years in this company - same role and duties ) however when I include details of all the 5 companies in the PR application form under work history ( from and to dates ) , document checklist generated is asking for employment records for all 5 companies but I only have reference letters for my employment in last 10 years ( current company HR letter and previous compnay affidavit as it was closed 2 years after I left them ). I do not have any reference letters for my employment beyond 11 years - what I have got is original offer letter and reliving letters from these companies - no salary slips or other documents. Are we expected to provide these details such as reference letter etc. for employment beyond 10 years as well. When I applied to PNP program i was only asked for proof of employment in last 10 years and I got nomination within 10 days !!. Please help as it will be next to impossible to obtain reference letters from these companies now !!.

b)I had not included my first employment ( which was for 8 months ) that i started in 2002 while creating the express entry profile as it was not really related to my primary occupation directly but under work history/personal history in the PR application I have included details of this employment. Again this employment is from > 10 years bracket .Will it be ok to include this now under work history in the PR application as I have to include this under personal history section ? I am anyways planning to include a LOE explaining why it was not listed earlier under EE ( as it was not directly related to my primary NOC etc. etc. ) . As I understand , my current employment which is for approx 9 years fulfils point requirements for work experience ( > 5 years ) so any change beyond this should not really matter but I am worried that CIC might see these variations between EE and PR application as a discrepancy and view this negatively. Please help.

c)Can I change the NOC code for my 2nd employment ( Year 12 to Year 13 ) in my PR application ? Express entry profile had a slightly different NOC code which I would like to correct now in my PR application.

d)Lastly there is a gap between my graduation May 2001 and my first job ( feb 2002 ) as I was at home preparing for further studies ( GMAT etc. ) but I decided otherwise and did not pursue things further and started working in Feb 2002. For these 8 to 9 months in personal histroy Tab , I have selected ' Unemployed' and under comments I have mentioned that I was doing self study preparing for exams/GMAT , higher studies . Could experts help me as I am not too sure if I am updating the form correctly for this bit ?

I will be including an Index letter , LOE and individual cover letters for each uploaded document.
