Invitation Letter, Urgent requirement for Answer

Hi,

I received Invitation to apply for PR in last draw but i noticed that my name is incorrect in Express Entry profile, now that i have received Invitation letter i can not update my express Entry profile, can some please guide me the next steps to rectify this mistake, my express entry CRS score is 470.

You can correct it in ITA form. Write letter of explanation that it was entered wrong. Your passport number ll resolve the problem because passport number in EE profile and PR profile after ITA is going to remain same.

In Any case do i need to decline this invitation, will they will count this mistake as misrepresentation, kindly guide me where should i request for correction.

This should not be considered as mis-representation. it ll be considered as mistake.
Your CRS is also on high side, you can decline ITA then correct your name in EE profile and wait for next draw.

i am really confused, what if draw point goes up.

It ll not go above 470 if draw ll be in 2 weeks.

No need to decline. Proceed with completing the application for Permanent Residence in your MyCIC account after accepting the ITA, and there's a section there where you can update personal info like your name.

then write LOE too, tell them that name was misspelled in EE profile because CIC match eAPR with EE profile as well. just explain the situation to them.
