Applied for : Studying English in language school under DLI

Week: 8 weeks of course
When I was filling my application online, it was asking me to provide Invitation letter along with Letter of Acceptance, I can get the latter but how do I get the former? I don't have any acquaintance in Canada and I am going to study English so why did they ask for Invitation letter? What I am supposed to do in this case.
Additionally, I should also provide Recent Education Transcript, I have done my bachelors in engineering so should I upload that transcript or my high school transcript, will that make any difference because all I am going for is studying English.
