Invitation for Parents in India on convocation

Hi

I was international student and graduate last semester. i got work permit. Now i want to invite my family on my convocation.
I got invitation letter from school and booked convocation.

what else i need to do.
i dont have any job yet.

and what other paper work i have to do here and in India too ?

Please help me out.
