this is my first time posting here. I am pretty sure I could get help from people who had same situation. I am currently working at RBC as investigations officer and my job duties are:
1- Provides consistent service within established SLA’s, Ensure any items intended for clearing and settlement to other Financial Institutions are processed in a timely manner, minimizing financial risk contributing to achievement of business Client Service Commitments (CSC’s),
2- investigating root cause of adjustments and identifying the appropriate resolving actions.
3- Ensures all documents/data are examined for completeness and accuracy, and takes appropriate steps to correct for client, Identifying and escalating
repeated errors to point of negotiation to ensure future risk and negative client experiences are mitigated.
3- Identifies and recommends solutions to recurring errors and servicing gaps to my Team Leader/Senior Team Leader, engage service partners as
needed to conclude.
4- Takes ownership of client situations, building ownership and accountability at first point of contact. Refers to Manager where required.
5- Ensure any items intended for clearing and settlement to other Financial Institutions are processed in a timely manner, minimizing financial risk
6- Ensure full compliance to all controls, both regulatory and internal, including RBC policies and processes and the Canadian Payments Association
(CPA) clearing rules.
7- Adopts a continuous improvement mindset by proactively identifying and recommending solutions to recurring errors, service gaps and process items ensuring efficiency and effectiveness and enhancements.
8-You are a role model, champion and coach for your peers demonstrating components of the leadership model.
9- Exercises due diligence in following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
I feel that noc code falls under 1114. However, I would like to get some thoughts from you guys.
