In which section of IRCC portal should i add or write my Introduction or my letter of intend or SOP in applying for visit visa

Your host can include those information in the letter of invitation. No need to include a separate introduction letter.

While applying for visit visa, you can write a letter in proof of funds document where you can introduce yourself in one or two lines.
Then followed by the summary of the proof of funds.
