Intra Company work permit from USA

My USA visa max date 01/18/2022
Can you please suggest the current processing times ( per Canada.ca it’s 14 weeks) does anyone got it before ? Is there possibilities?

Same here. Biometrics completed on 7th Nov. My visa expiry date 31st March 2023.
I saw in other discussion that someone from India got passport request in two months after biometrics (canda.ca showing 14 weeks for india as well). ppr takes 1-2 weeks. Good thing is that work permit application backlog is trending down.

I wanted to give an update on my Visa. Biometrics completed 11/07/2022 and Visa approval on 12/12 My ICT work permit submitted under expedite processing/ Global Skills Strategy, LMIA exemption. Hope this helps. Thank You

@NanjiReddy I filed thru COGNIZANT and filed on oct 7th and completed biometrics on oct 25th. But still no updates . My H1B maxing out is Feb 06 2023. Im really worried. Do you know the approval timeline now
