I have a prospective client who would like to bring workers from India to perform company specific contractual work related to IT.
My client is on a Foreign work permit right now & have already started company here in joint ownership with PR & needs people from India as employees (LMIA exempt) to complete the projects in his IT company in Canada.
As I do not have former experience with the details of this program,Can someone please guide me with the whole process?
