I am looking for some experienced folks to throw some light on intra-company transfer visa.
1. Is it the same as 'FSW 2013 + arranged employment' visa
2. I know my job and occupation lies under 2147 NOC. So does my employer need to apply visa for me or shall I get a offer letter from them and then apply for work permit. Again the question goes back to the ask of what visa category do I/they need to apply.
3. I read few people talking about LMO approvals. Does that apply in intra-company transfer cases?
I urge all experts/non experts to throw some light here. My overseas manager basically want to know this before he will start processing my transfer request
