Hi Guys,

My company has finally offered me a job in Canada and has asked me to apply for a work Permit from Australia as this is where i live.

Can someone please advice on the documents that I should include to make my case stronger ? Also, I have been offered a permanent role- is that going to an issue or should I ask for a fixed term contract ?

Could you please suggest on any other documents that I should include to make the case stronger.

Many Thanks for your assistance in advance.

Cheers

Hi

I have applied under Intra Company Transfer category, I have submitted, all my academic documents, experience details and my resume with cover letter.

Hi Santy..

Thanks for your response. Have you heard anything back as yet ?

Is your company applying on your behalf or have you applied directly ? What have you included in your cover letter ? Have you included some information about your company too ?

Many thanks.

Hi

My company has applied on my behalf, i only have to give my resume and my documents with passport and medical report acknowledgement.
My company attorney have written a formal letter to high comission along with my specialization and project details. Documents are sent to CHC on 26th July and is under processing, now i have no idea how much it will be effected by the strike. In general it take 2-3 weeks.

Thanks again Santy. Can I please ask if the job that u have been offered - have they given you a permanent role or does the offer letter say its a contract for few years ?

My term in Canada will be for one year.
