Dear Experts, I'm in need of your advise. I've created my EE profile like below and received Ontario PNP. Applied for Ontario and they have approved my case, and now 600 extra points are in EE. I'm expecting an ITA in next draw.

I've come in Ontario 3 months back on ICT WP. Below answers are not giving me any extra points in EE so I'm not calming any extra points for job offer. I've offer letter from my company staed duration of 2 years. My dilemma is many are saying ICT WP is not a valid job offer, whereas I received Ontario PNP approval based on my EE profile. So is it advisable to modify EE profile and make the very first question as "No" ?

Need advise from experts here.

You can claim 50 points for job offer if your company is willing to provide you a letter stating that you'll be employed by them for one continuous year after you get your PR.

Need urgent help: Can you please confirm if you or anyone were able to claim 50 points with LMIA exempt job offer from the same employer (working for more than a year on a closed work permit)? I have submitted my profile in the express entry, but unable to see the 50 points on arranged employment. Thank you in advance.

My situations:

  • LMIA Exempt category: “Canadian interests” reasons under reciprocal employment category
  • Current work location: Montreal, Quebec
  • Worked one year on a closed work permit, valid till October 2021.
  • Have a job offer from same employer from office in Toronto.
Please find the links where it says that it will provide job offer points on this category:

Dear All,

I am working in Canada on a Work Permit through Internal Company Transfer. Please let me know that while applying for a PR, do I need to submit 2 experience (reference) letters for the same company, one from my home country where I was previously employed before the Internal Transfer, and the other from the Canadian company on which I am currently employed in?

Thanks
