Intra-Company Transfer to Canada from US

Hi,

I have been working for major client as contractor in US from last 7 years and I am L1 Visa right now.Now client wants to hire in Canada and offered me as well. Can I get canada work permit through Intrac-Company Transfer as I have been working as contractor for the same company. Please let me know if I am eligible to apply through ICT and chances of approvals.

So to clarify that this company has an established presence in Canada already and if you were to pursue the ICT route it would be under the specialised knowledge category ?

Yes it has legal presence in Canada and the ICT route will be specialized knowledge category only.
