I attended interview on 4 Dec, 2012, which was mainly on my job. YES, you have to know top to bottom about job, details of duty, when started, salary etc, etc. Answer confidently, without any doubt. prepare yourself.

Interview mainly happened to clarify VO"s doubt regarding some matters.Its not like that interview means rejection.I have seen lot of files where after interview file was accepted.So don"t hesitate just speak the truth with confidence.You will surely win the game.Its just clarifiction regarding some matters.

In interview, alltime they want to take positive.They are not expert in your subject. But some common questions may arise.Alltime try to answer positively. Not answer anything with doubtfully.

Please keep it in your mind....that the VO are well trained and they have a very good interpersonal skills to judge the people.........you have to know and memorize all the information that you entered in your application......most important thing that they call you for interview it means that they have some concern about your application...work on those concerns.......

Prepare you self for interview....practice......practice.......because this is a very good opportunity.......because after the interview VO will told you the result.......
