Dear Friends,

I applied under the simplified procedure in 2007. Last January they asked me to sumbit the full documents package, which I did.

Yesterday I received medical forms and a reminder to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

The question is: shouldn't they have sent me another letter (before requesting medicals) with the number of points assigned and informing me about the interview waiver (I assume they don't want to interview me if the medicals are requested)? Or it is still possible that they will assess my application after getting the medicals? I know about the possibility of the security interview, but the question is about the ordinary one.

Dear kosta,

Once you get a medical request means that your application is assessed and approved.
Also your interview has been waived as most of the interview is done before medicals.

kosta,

look in the letter carefully, they must have mentioned that interview was not required at this time, atleast that was how my letter came through. If you have already received your medical & RPRF then 99.9% you will not receive an interview, but as they always mention they can call for an interview any time till the passport is stamped with the visa, again this scenario is very very rare.

Enjoy, you are almost there :D :D :D :D :D

Yes, that's what I expected, but there are only medical forms, instructions for the medical checkup and payment information, that's all... Anyway, it seems that everything is allright, just my curiosity is not satisfied, still want to know how many points did I get...

Max, did you have the letter you mentioned (visa waiver) in the same envelope with the medical forms?

Irshad, thank you for you answer as well!

Yes, it was on the same letter as the medical request.
