AOA/Hello to all..
I am new user of this website.and also my appilication being approved in Canada CPC(Mississauga).They sent my sponsorship's application to Visa office CHC-ISB.How long will take to process sposual's application in Pakistan?Anyone has best answer for that.

ok it takes 6 maximum is 10 months..IS your police report medical get ready all these that way you can avoid the delays

Thanks for yours reply stonecold39.I didnt send to police Report to them.how long will it take to process in CHC-ISB.If i ask my wife Make a police report and send it to them?what do you think thats a good idea or wait till they send a letter for Police Report? I also want to know whats does mean AoR?i have read this word many times?Waiting for anyone reply who knows verywell about it.

Many of us processing applications at CHC-ISB are updating our timelines on the thread CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010. If you have not reviewed it, please join us there and update your timeline so far. I hope you are able to find the answers to some of your questions on that thread.
CIC website states that processing times for the Islamabad visa office is between 7-14 months. InshAllah it will be the earlier time period of the timeline.

Also, AOR refers to - application of receipt and it is sent by the visa office (in our case by CHC-ISB) when they receive/start processing our applications.

Sent Appilication CPC
08/03/2010
Returned back because there were pages missing and Request Medical aswell.
27/03/2010..
Re-Sent Application
20/4/2010..
Got letter Approved..
23/4/2010..
now waiting for CHC-ISB..Insh ALLAH get response soon.
