If there is a possibility of being interviewed for the study permit, do they ask for it before or after medical exam? or it doesn't matter, it might come before or after?

If there is a possibility of being interviewed for the study permit, do they ask for it before or after medical exam? or it doesn't matter, it might come before or after?

both possible , i faced after one month of application but I know one guy who faced his interview after submitted of his passport. we are in the same day face interview.
