Hi to All,
Recieved this today, an Email from the Candian Embassy:
¨Dear Sir / Madam,

Reference is made to the application for permanent residence received a t this office. Please be advised that we have concluded processing the file and wish to convoke applicant for final review and possible visa issuance, November 02, 2016 at 8:30 am. Documents required:

-Applicant’s passport

-2 Correct visa photos. Size: 50 x 70 mm and head must be between 31 mm and 36 mm.¨

So, does ¨Final Review¨ mean bascially, an Interview?
We will, undoubtedly, be bringing our additional evidence of our marriage, to show its continuance and ongoing nature.

Also, if the news is good...my wife´s Medical expired in mid August. How long after now...would u think the Embassy would give her....to land in Canada? I´ve read they usually extend the medical by 3 months..so would it be usual that she would have to land....by the end of the year?

Thanks.

I don't think this means they are completely done but this is great news! I know of somebody that got the same email and within a few days they got their visa. Sorry I can't help you with the medical question. I would think they'd ask for it before the "final review". Congrats!

It sounds like a landing interview...

Hi,

It's an interview though the letter isn't conventional. Kind of a positive letter of intimation stating that they are ready to issue visa subject to some clarifications or something like that.

So your spouse should go there fully prepared. You know about your file. So act accordingly.

Good luck!

Hasan

You are correct.

Pretty unclear letter. I think I agree with Hasan that this is an interview. Just a few questions to consider:

- Does your application have any red flags that the HVO may want further clarification on?
- Does HVO have a history of processing applications this quick?

Good luck whatever this letter is referring to.

I checked OP's past posts and found that the application is outland.
