Interview location in South East Europe

Hi all

If someone lives in the Balkans, ie: Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro etc. and is required to attend an interview from Vienna VO.
Does he/she have to travel to Vienna or can the interview be arranged in a more close to home location?

when my husband had the interveiw, they call him to go in Vienna that day , becausethe belgrade embassy is close , and nothing is close for montenegro , but my friends husband had the interveiw in Kosovo because he is from Kosovo , and with Kosovo passport you need the Visa to enter Vienna, i dont know if Macedonia has any close consular or embassy for Canada , but i know Serbia , and montenegro need to go inVienna for the interveiw

To tell you the truth this prosses teach me to be patients, and to wait, i am person with the time managment, and i hate to wait , but embassy learned me to wait.
