Hi I just have a question. My brother-in-law had an interview, he was given the passport and told that the officer would contact him by mail. Considering that the interview went very well, and the only issue they had was the legitimacy of the phone bill, which they kept to investigate further, is this a good sign?
Would the immigration officer need his passport to stamp a visa, or can he get the papers in the mail?
Thank You for your time.
