Interview cancelled and request for remedical

Hello everyone,

I have applied for spouse PR on Aug 2020
. Yesterday I received a mail from IRCC saying your interview has been cancelled and need to do medical again as my medical expired on Nov 2021.
What does that mean ?
I just wanted to know is there any chance that IRCC will send PPR after submission of medical or they will again schedule interview.

Only an educated guess but likely they have decided they do not need am interview.
