hi,
plz helpppppppppp.....
i have got medical request in jan 2010. Then i send enquiry to new delhi about status.
They replied
that- letter for passport request(spouse and me) is dispatched in feb
they gave us 45 days.
But i have not recieved any letter.
i mentioned it in covering letter.
but this time was already up. I send passport now on 30 april.
and
now email is recieved that we have to attend interview in june.
ROCKY AND OTHER SENIORS PLZ tell me what u think. why they called interview after medical,passport?
i m very tensed plz help?????????

Hi Kamal,

I think it is security interview, usually they called the applicant if they found some adverse information during your background check like association of some organization that is on their watch list......it is just an idea.....
In the email have they mention the purpose of interview...

If an interview is called afte medicals and as in your case after passport request it most likely that they have some doubts with your security checks. Don't worry, carry all your original documents and be positive and confident. You will easily sail through.

Will clear some doubts nothing else. Do not worry at all be normal. I know one gets worried but it should be fine just a regular QnA round. Best of luck

Nothing to worry, some time the call for interview RANDOMLY, even without any doubt or any thing, just as a part of processing, nothing to worry. I have seen such cases.

and at end they mentioned THIS IS COMPUTER GENERATED MAIL.
i want to ask-whether i have to collect whole document again or i can answer during interview that i already given.all stuff.?
Everyone who got call recieve same letter?

i would suggest you to take originals of all docs with u just in case and besides they would hve ur complete file infront of them so u should make something similar to answer any questions they may ask.

Take a copy of your complete file along with you so that you do not leave any scope for them. Trust me it will be positive. Best of luck

I have no residence proof that i stay with my in-laws.
Is it required,like ration card,to prove my stay?
and 2nd ques is that-I have PCC last march 2009. I have to apply it again. i want to know i have to attach my current address proof( I have no one) with form to SSP office? my parental and in-law residence is in same district.

Hi Kamal,

PCC is done on the address which is on passport, if you are living on different address you can say it is temporary address, as you living in same district and PCC is for whole district.

Do not hide any thing from them and tell them logic answer.....they can know all address where you live......if you live with your in law it is not crime...so donot worry and have faith on GOD

They will call you individually & then together.....so prepare all the question they can ask so that you have same answer for all questions....

Why you are so tense about interview? It is nothing, just formalities.

* Document Checklist [IMM 5612]
* Use of a Representative [IMM 5476]

Yes, all this forms are your text book, they will not ask you anything except details of your background, work experience, family details etc.
