In order to complete the assessment of your application, a visa officer requires that you attend an interview at the following address: Consulate General of Canada

If we do not hear from you by this date, your interview will be cancelled and your spot given to another applicant. You will receive a second and final interview request once the next interview schedule is set. Failure to attend the second interview date will likely result in the refusal of your application.
Applicants must bring the following documents to the interview. Documents not in English or French must be accompanied by an official translation, if a translation has not already been provided to our office:
Photos of you and your spouse at your marriage and at outings together
Proof of recent communication
Proof of any money transfers, if applicable Any other documents you want to submit to support your relationship.
Your spouse / common-law partner and / or children are not required to attend the interview unless specifically requested above.
If you require a translator/interpreter you must arrange and pay and associated fees yourself. The certified (licensed) professional translator/ interpreter must accompany you to the interview at the scheduled time. There is no interpretation service provided or recommended by this office.
Do not regard this interview as assurance that your admission to Canada will be authorized. You should not dispose of your property, relinquish your employment or commit yourself in any way until you have been advised that your application is approved and a visa has been issued. IMPORTANT: Carry Bags/briefcases/backpacks and electronic devices such as smart phones, cell phones, tablets, computers etc. are not permitted within the Consulate. You should bring your documents in a plastic bag or envelope. Please also be aware that there are no public toilet facilities available within the Consulate building
