I regret now for making this foolish decision. I don't mind if the visa is rejected but i am afraid they do not do much damage to my profile. So, that i may not be able to apply again.
Your marriage may face more scrutiny. I would suggest you withdraw your application before the interview and reapply once you are truly married and have the proof including pictures but it is your choice. Assume you have not lived with your spouse yet and gone on a honeymoon. Not to be rude but one of the things IRCC will look at is proof that you have been living as husband and wife on top of your wedding ceremony pictures and proof that you completed all the ceremonies and it was a typical arranged marriage. Doing a court marriage to try to start sponsorship or other permit process happens a lot and given the interview there are concerns about whether you are actually married.
