The visa officer will ask a lot of questions about your spouse: about work; education; where he/she lives in Canada, and what city in Canada is like and where exactly it is; spouse's family - know the names of your spouses parents, siblings, and maybe even nieces and nephews; what your spouse does in free time; likes and dislikes; your relationship history; she must definitely know a lot about any children you already have, since these will be her step-children; if you have medical problems, she should know about them. The VO can ask for a lot of details.
However, if the VO believes the relationship is genuine, they don't usually ask too much. It is when they believe the relationship is fake that they start asking the very detailed questions.
Go with all the evidence with you even emails, chat logs, phone bill
and make you are composed and look straight into the eyes of the IO.
