Interpreting Response from OOPNP / MIIT

My application was received by MIIT on June 26. I had to provide them update due to change in my employment that I did through email. I also asked them to provide update on my application since I did not hear any response. Today, I got email response from them as below:

Your documents have been received and added to your file. You will be contacted within two to three weeks with an acknowledgement letter, which will include your file number.

Please be advised that the OOPNP cannot provide further updates during our standard 90 day processing time.

Thank you for your interest in our program.
---------------

Can I assume that my application is complete and will not be returned ?

Not yet...it is still not checked for completeness...U will have to wait for AOR
