I am trying to assist a Canadian friend who is filing to sponsor his wife and son.
In document IMM 5490 can anyone be the interpreter? Can my friend vouch that he has assisted his wife to fill up the info in English because she does not speak any?
If he can't could it be then someone else like a friend, relative etc.?
