hello sir, I applied for agricultural internship program and they will provide me a job for 12 months maximum.
the question is, I will have a work permit after I arrive or not?
can I change job before internship ends so I can stay longer?

Does you employer have an approved LMO? You can't get a work permit without an approved LMO.

Yes - you can change jobs. Before you can change jobs your new employer will have to obtain a new approved LMO and then you will have to obtain a new work permit.
