Internship experience counts as work experience

Respected all,

Will my paid internship experience of 3 months count towards work experience if it's 40 hours and if I have pay stubs? I have around 2 years 9 months of work experience and I am short on three months. I did this internship during summer when I was doing my Masters. So I want to know if I can include this or no as many immigration firms have given me different opinion on this either way?

Is this for FSW stream? If counting as foreign experience, then yes. You will need experience letter signed that outlines your duties, salary and time worked. Assume it is skilled work experience.

Yes, it is for FSW stream. Yes, it is counting as a foreign experience. I have worked in US for two years and 9 months. But these three months I did an internship which was paid and I have the letter supporting the same. So, it is going to be counted as 3 years right if I put those 3 months together?
