Hlo guys my study permit was refused on 25 July and I reapllied on 29 July but since I have not got any new update how much time I wait for decision???

The truth is nobody can tell u..
It could be today or tomorrow
But!
In January 2019 SDS checklist (when it was both offline and online procedure) it was mentioned 5-45 days but still it is maximum 45 days.
However, they usually take 15-30 working days. (20-days is not maximum time, it is time for majority of cases)
In rare cases they take 60-70 days bcz they send few files to risk management to verify everything in details.
I submitted my application on 19 July
My biometric were updated on 22 July.
Still no update.
People are getting decision straight away without any update in account

SDS was changed in April 2019 from 45 days and online and offline submission to 20 days with online only submission. So, Jan 2019 checklist is now outdated.

'We try to process most Student Direct Stream applications within 20 calendar days. However, some applications may take longer than this'.

Look, 20-days is not maximum time. They try to process most applications not all applications within 20 days.
And I know changes bro.. i was telling the past scenario..

I never said it was 20 days maximum. They way you have written your previous post suggested that there had been no changes from the January 2019 checklist to today, which is what I pointed out, that's all.
