I am Going to make a group of Students going to study in ottawa in the FALL 2016 (SEPTEMBER 2016) i.e. Students from Algonquin College ,Carleton University and University Of Ottawa and want to communicate with each other..

Hi All,

Has everyone or anyone gotten admission into MEBT in UoO for 2016 fall? I'm seriously waiting for this since Oct. 2015 when all my documents were received and my infoweb portal was updated successfully.

Good Luck!.. My application for fall was rejected :(. My profile-
UG (ECE) -72.34%
Work Experience -4.6 years
IELTS -7.5
12th - 92.9%
10th - 83.14%

I don't understand why my application was rejected!!... :(

Dis is the problem with these Universities, dey do not have fixed set of rules for selection.

But I have heard from one from friend that your SOP and LOR's matters a lot..They got to be strong enough.

I have given both of them quite well... They are very engaging too... I made an appeal to the university to reconsider the decision.. I hope it turns positive (though there are flat chances for this)! :(

Wow!!! Good to know @Shell2510 Anyway, I'm still expecting from them. Like 2 wks ago, I was able to speak with the Academic Service Officer(Sylvie) and was told that they have not started evaluation for fall 2016 cos of some backlogs of Winter 2016..
But Masters of Computer Science is under faculty of graduate & postgraduate study, right? Cos my dept is under this faculty.
